The Hickory Consortium was selected for the gold

Connecticut College for their contributions to building

The Cambridge Cohousing project was awarded an Energy
Star home designation by the U.S. Environmental
Protection Agency for energy-efficient building
standards and indoor air quality of its 41 townhouses
and apartments.
